Fajr Up is designed to need as little of your data as possible. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Location, used only on your device to calculate accurate prayer times. Your coordinates are not stored on our servers.
• An anonymous device id, a random identifier generated on first launch so your streak and settings can sync. It is not linked to your name, email, or Apple ID.
• Wake-task media, when you complete a photo or recitation task, the image or audio is sent to our validation service to confirm you completed it, then discarded. It is not kept after validation and is never used to train models.

What we do not collect

No name, no email, no contacts, no advertising identifiers, and no tracking across other apps or websites.

Third parties

Wake-task validation is performed by trusted AI providers under contract. They process the submitted media only to return a pass/fail result and do not retain it.

Data deletion

Fajr Up has no accounts. Deleting the app removes all data on your device; to erase the anonymous streak data synced to our servers, email us a deletion request and we'll confirm within 30 days.
